    Math & Science Week

    Maths and Science week has never been this fun! That was the message conveyed by Year 1 to Year 5 students during the school’s annual Maths and Science Week which was held 27 February – 2 March, 2012. The demonstrations, interactive experiments and displays related to Maths and Science offered students the necessary support to visualise and understand abstract theoretical concepts. Students also had the opportunity to have fun while learning more about Maths and Science.     Gong Xi Fa Cai to everyone. The Year of the Dragon has arrived and we hope it brings good luck to all of us. BMIS witnessed the Barongsai or the “Lion Dance” for the first time.

    Every 20th of November, the United Nations General Assembly celebrate “Universal Children’s Day” to encourage all countries to institute a day, to promote mutual exchange and understanding among children and to initiate action to benefit and promote the welfare of the world’s children. It was also chosen as the day to celebrate childhood.

    Book Week

    September 12 2011 marked a Red-letter day for the BMIS academic community as it signaled the opening of the BOOK WEEK Celebration . The students were treated to an entirely new gamut of activities like the Tongue-twister games for students and the Longest English Week game for the teachers.

    In line with Bunda Mulia International School Secondary Department’s vision of promoting academic excellence and team building, the 3rd General Knowledge Quiz contest was conducted last 05 August 2011 and actively participated in by the secondary students.
